The 3D Modeling Process

An accurate Work flow is fundamental in being able to produce the required standard of work in the available time constraints.

1. Once we have accessed the Plans we then begin to construct the 3D model in Either Revit Architecture, AutoCAD 3D, Sketch-up or 3ds Max depending on the specific requirements of the project and also which of our skilled technicians are working on the project.
   
   
2. Once the model is constructed we then export the file into 3ds Max for the Lighting/texturizing & Rendering process. We are able to issue Client with wire Renders during the course of this process to allow total transparency and to make sure that their requirements are met 100%.
   
   
3. Once we have approval on the 3D model we proceed to add the specific textures/building materials onto the structure as per clients requirements to produce the base render as per image below.
   
   
4. Once we have approval on the Prelim Render then we export the base image into our post processing software to add all the final tweaks & all entourage such as skies, planting, people etc.
   
   

As one can see the client is involved throughout the process thus keeping us a cut above the rest with regards to client interaction.
