3D + 2D Floor Plans

3D Floor Plans are a set of floor plans for a particular design or proposal for general marketing purposes that are viewed from above as per 2D Floor plans however we literally build up all the components like the walls, floors, windows, doors, furniture 3 dimensionally and attach all the proposed textures, colours, materials of the design and then produce a high quality Photo-realistic rendering.

This form of floor plan allows clients to visualize the proposal much easier as it creates depth to the 2D plan.

We can also produce Axonometric views of these designs by inserting a cut plane on the underside of the ceiling plane thus hiding it from view and displaying everything that appears below that level i.e. Walls, windows, floors, doors, furniture etc.
